We, at Livewell Green endeavors to give best buying experience to our esteemed customers and thus follow a customer friendly return policy as follows: 

In the event you receive a damaged / defective product or a product that does not comply with the specifications as per your original order, you can return the product or request for replacement as per the terms described here. Please follow the steps as follows to make the return and refund process easy and quick.

Terms for Return:

1. You can return the product in a month from the date of receiving it at your address. You can ask for replacement of a defective product within this period. If we cant resolve the issue to your satisfaction, then we can give you additional time to return the product and seek refund.

2. The defective products, products not matching the specifications including images posted at the web site, the products which can’t be used as described in this website are eligible for full refund upon return. If the product was bought by mistake or if the buyer changed his/her mind after placing the order, then we reserve the right to deduct postage from the refund.

Please follow the steps listed here for quick processing of return and refund. 

i) Please Contact us (the Contact information available at our home page) to report about the damage or describe the reasons for return. However, you are free to return the product for any reason whatsoever within a month of receiving it at your address.

ii) You can also send an email to sales@livewell-green.com or livewellgreensolutions@gmail.com reporting about the defect or expressing your intention to return, by giving your order no.

iii) You can call us at our contact numbers, provide your order number and lodge the complaint.

Upon receiving your complaint, LIVEWELL GREEN shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint. We may request you to send us the picture of the damaged part of the product at our expenses. Upon receipt of the damaged part, we will contact you for a replacement. 

Before accepting shipment of any product, kindly ensure that the product’s packaging is not damaged or tampered. If You observe that the package is damaged or tampered, we will request you to refuse the delivery and inform the LIVEWELL GREEN at the earliest. 

LIVEWELL GREEN will arrange pick-up of the damaged/defective product through its own logistics partner. In the event we are unable to do so, LIVEWELL GREEN will notify You regarding the same and You will be required to dispatch the product using a reputed courier in Your respective area within two (1) days from receipt of such notice. Courier freight charges will be reimbursed in such form as is determined by the logistics team upon prior consultation with LIVEWELL GREEN.

Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, user manual, warranty card and invoices etc.. It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of products during transit;

In the event the return of a product is duly accepted by LIVEWELL GREEN, the value of such product, as originally paid by you during acceptance of delivery of product or otherwise, will be refunded to you. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment and the approved payment gateway will credit Your refunds directly into Your debit/credit card or online accounts or provide You with a cheque in this regard. 

Please remember that the refund processing will take at least 7 days after accepting your claim for refund to be credited to your account. 


Cancellation by LIVEWELL GREEN: There may be certain orders that LIVEWELL GREEN is unable to accept and must cancel. LIVEWELL GREEN reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever. Some situations that may result in Your order being cancelled include, without limitation, non-availability of the product or quantities ordered by You, non- availability of the service, inaccuracies or errors in pricing information, or problems identified by our fraud team. LIVEWELL GREEN may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of Your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card/debit card has been charged or your bank account has been debited, the said amount will be reversed back in your respective account.

Cancellation by the Buyer: In case of requests for order cancellations, LIVEWELL GREEN reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason whatsoever. As part of usual business practice, if LIVEWELL GREEN receives a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/ approved by LIVEWELL GREEN, we will cancel the order and refund the entire amount to You within a reasonable period of time. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed. We have the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. You agree not to dispute the decision made by us and accept our decision regarding the cancellation.

The Returns and Cancellation and the relationship between You and LIVEWELL GREEN shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles.  You agree that all claims, differences and disputes arising under or in connection with or in relation to the Terms of Offer For Sale or any transactions entered into on or through the Website or the relationship between You and LIVEWELL GREEN shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bhubaneswar, Odisha and You hereby accede to and accept the jurisdiction of such courts.
