The terms of use are what is posted at this website from time to time including the changes and amendments. LIVEWELL GREEN shall not be required to notify you, including the registered users about any continuous changes or amendments. It is you who should be aware of the updates by regularly visiting the website.

2. LIVEWELL GREEN agrees to deliver the merchandise ordered by you only at such locations as per the Order Confirmation. If you have given a wrong address or the address not served by LIVEWELL GREEN, we will request you to give us an alternative address for delivery of the merchandise. You will be responsible to bear the extra cost of delivery for change in address.

3. The services at this website are not available to minors under the age of eighteen (18) or to any users suspended or removed from the LIVEWELL GREEN system by LIVEWELL GREEN for any reason whatsoever. By availing the services at this website, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws as applicable in India.
